1. What is Fashion-Brands.store?

Fashion-Brands.store is an online luxury fashion store operated by Moby-SIM d.o.o. (Bosnia and Herzegovina).

We specialize in brand new designer items sourced from official distribution channels and carefully authenticated preloved (pre-owned) luxury fashion and accessories.

All products are 100% authentic.

2. Are all items authentic?

Yes. We guarantee that every item - new or preloved - is 100% authentic.

New items come from authorized wholesalers and official channels in the EU and US.

Preloved items are thoroughly inspected and authenticated by our specialists before being listed.

3. Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-14 business days after payment confirmation (subject to stock availability).

Products may be shipped from distribution centers in the European Union or the United States.

Average delivery times are 5-14 business days, though this can vary by destination, customs, and carrier.

We work with reputable carriers like DHL and FedEx. Tracking is provided upon dispatch.

4. What are the shipping costs and duties?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, weight, and selected method.

Orders over a certain value may qualify for free standard shipping.

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Duties and taxes are included where offered.
  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.

5. What is your return and refund policy?

  • EU customers: You have a 30-day right of withdrawal for new items from the day you receive the order.
  • Non-EU customers: Returns are accepted at our discretion within 30 days. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, boxes, and accessories intact.

Preloved items are generally non-returnable except for proven defects or non-conformity. You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection to the original payment method.

6. What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

For confirmed defects or non-conformity, we offer repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund (as appropriate by law).

We will cover reasonable return shipping for defective items.

7. Do you offer exchanges? We currently process exchanges as a return + new order.

While we do not offer direct item exchanges, EU customers can exercise their statutory 30-day right of withdrawal and place a new order for the desired item.

If you wish to exchange an item for another (e.g. different size, color, or model), we do not perform direct exchanges in a single step. Instead, the process works as follows:

  1. You return the original item.
  2. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  3. You then place a new order for the desired replacement item.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Google Pay, and Apple Pay through our secure payment provider Monri WebPay (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).

All transactions use strong encryption and 3D Secure where available.

9. Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We take data protection very seriously and comply with GDPR and other applicable laws.

10. What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery with your tracking number and photos.

All packages are insured against loss (subject to carrier approval).

We will investigate and arrange a reshipment or refund once the claim is approved.

11. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched.

Once dispatched, it falls under our return policy.

Products are sold for personal or gift use only.

Commercial resale is not permitted unless you are an authorized reseller or business partner.

14. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes - preloved items (except defects), personalized/custom items and final sale items are generally non-returnable.
