This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.fashion-brands.store (the “Site”).

This policy is designed in accordance with:

  • The Law on Consumer Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU
  • Applicable international consumer protection laws

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU 14-DAY RIGHT)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within:

14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by clear written statement via email at: info@fashion-brands.store

You may use a clear declaration such as:

"I hereby withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods…"

The withdrawal period is respected if the communication is sent before the 14-day deadline expires.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • The product must not be damaged by improper handling

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. However, excessive handling beyond what is necessary may result in diminished value and partial refund.

4. RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Contact us at www.fashion-brands.store within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Wait for return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service (recommended: DHL or FedEx).
  4. Provide tracking details.

Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping.

5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment (whichever is earlier).
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
  • No additional fees will be charged for the refund itself.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are refundable only if required by law or if the item is defective.

If the customer selected a premium shipping option, only the standard shipping cost (if applicable) is refundable.

6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos and order details.

In case of confirmed defect or non-conformity, you are entitled to:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Price reduction
  • Full refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)

In such cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

All products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity, where applicable under EU law.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items may not be eligible for return (unless defective):

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale (where legally permitted)

8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your card provider or PayPal.
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary).

9. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused or not claimed:

  • Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the refund.
  • Customs fees paid are non-refundable.

10. EXCHANGES

We currently process exchanges as:

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

11. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international returns:

  • Customers are responsible for customs declaration and return shipping.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
  • Returned goods must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.

12. FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of return policy
  • Repeated excessive returns
  • Evidence of product use beyond inspection
