2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We offer international shipping to selected countries, including European Union member states and other global destinations.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

3. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Processing time may take 1 - 3 business days before dispatch.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

All items ordered and fully paid through the Site are delivered within:

14 - 21 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Courier service performance

  • Public holidays

  • Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

While we strive to meet the stated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. SHIPPING FEES

  • Orders over 150 EUR qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Orders below 150 EUR are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed before order confirmation.

6. COURIER PARTNERS

We use reputable international carriers, including:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

The courier is selected based on destination, logistics efficiency, and operational considerations.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international shipments:

  • Customers may be responsible for import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other local taxes imposed by their country.

  • These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside our control.

For countries shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), applicable duties and taxes may be included in the final price.

For countries shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), customers are responsible for customs payments directly to the carrier or local authorities.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

8. DELIVERY ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Failed delivery due to absence of recipient

  • Returned shipments due to incorrect information

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply.

9. TRANSFER OF RISK

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon delivery to the provided shipping address.

If signature confirmation is required, responsibility transfers upon signature at the delivery address.

If signature-free delivery is selected (where available), the customer assumes responsibility once the package is delivered.

10. DELIVERY DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Courier disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Political instability

  • Strikes or logistics interruptions

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

If a substantial delay occurs, customers may contact us for assistance.

11. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  • Provide supporting documentation (photos, tracking number).

We will investigate the matter with the courier and provide a resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

12. FAILED DELIVERY & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a shipment is refused or not claimed:

  • The customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Refunds may be issued minus shipping and handling costs.

13. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

  • The Law on Consumer Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina
